نقدّم جلسات إرشاد شخصي (Life Coaching) في تطوير الذات والإدارة والمال والعلاقات الزوجية والعاطفية. هذه الخدمة ليست علاجاً نفسياً أو طبياً، ولا تتضمن تشخيصاً أو وصف أدوية، ولا تغني عن مختص مرخّص. راجع صفحة إخلاء المسؤولية.
يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً فأكثر، وأن تقدّم بيانات صحيحة عند الحجز.
الأسعار معروضة بالدولار الأمريكي، ويتم الدفع مسبقاً عبر Stripe. بعد الدفع تتواصل معنا عبر واتساب أو التقويم لتحديد الموعد. كورس القمة يُقترح بعد الجلسة الأولى، ورحلة «بداية مختلفة» بالقبول فقط ووفق اتفاقية منفصلة تُرسل للمقبولين.
يمكن تعديل موعد الجلسة مرة واحدة دون رسوم إذا أبلغتنا قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل. التأخر أكثر من 15 دقيقة قد يعني إنهاء الجلسة في وقتها الأصلي. تفاصيل الاسترداد في سياسة الاسترداد.
يُمنع على الطرفين تسجيل الجلسات أو تصويرها أو أخذ لقطات شاشة منها. نحتفظ بحق إنهاء الجلسة أو الخدمة في حال الإساءة أو التهديد أو مخالفة هذه الشروط.
محتوى الموقع والفيديوهات والمواد التدريبية وشخصية «الأستاذ رام» الرقمية مملوكة لـ Ramzi Media LLC، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة نشرها تجارياً دون إذن كتابي.
نبذل أفضل جهد مهني، لكن النتائج تعتمد عليك وعلى ظروفك، ولا نضمن نتيجة محددة (مثل عودة شخص أو إنقاذ علاقة).
إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا في أي حال المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل الخدمة المعنية، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية القرارات التي تتخذها بناءً على الجلسات.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين ولاية وايومنغ في الولايات المتحدة، دون الإخلال بحقوق المستهلك الإلزامية في بلدك.

We provide personal coaching (life coaching) in self-development, management and money, marriage and relationships. This is not psychological or medical treatment, involves no diagnosis or prescriptions, and does not replace a licensed professional. See our Disclaimer.
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details when booking.
Prices are in US dollars and paid in advance via Stripe. After payment you contact us on WhatsApp or via the calendar to set a time. The Summit is offered after the first session; the “A Different Beginning” retreat is by acceptance only, under a separate agreement sent to accepted participants.
You may reschedule a session once free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the session ends at its original time. Refund details are in our Refund Policy.
Neither side may record, film or screenshot sessions. We may end a session or the service in case of abuse, threats or breach of these terms.
Site content, videos, training materials and the “Mr Ram” digital character belong to Ramzi Media LLC and may not be copied or republished commercially without written permission.
We give our best professional effort, but results depend on you and your circumstances; we do not guarantee any specific outcome (such as someone returning or a relationship being saved).
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service concerned, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the sessions.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
